My two top principles when teaching are to be kind and caring to my students, and that if a job is worth doing, it is worth doing well. That means I will train you to become a lifelong safe driver, but I also hope that you will carry the kindness into the way that you drive.
In 2018, I started my training as an ADI and decided why stop developing myself once I qualified? Since then I have been on a non-stop learning journey, not just developing my driving and instructing skills but also listening skills, coaching techniques, and developing my empathy.
